Graduate Admissions, Office of the University Registrar, provides support to prospective graduate students and to Stanford graduate departments and schools.
In this capacity, we:
Respond to questions from prospective graduate students, Stanford staff and faculty in the departments and schools on University admission’s policies and procedures;
Manage the on-line web graduate application;
Provide publications for prospective graduate students;
Review and process initial visa certification;
Authorize enrollment upon verification of credentials (transcripts, degrees, certificates, official test scores, etc.) to insure compliance with University admission’s policies.
Our office does not:
Establish application deadlines
Make admission and financial aid decisions
Manage application status
