Mailing Application Materials

The following items must be mailed to the department or program to which you are applying. They SHOULD NOT be mailed to Graduate Admissions. Doing so will significantly delay the processing of your application by your department.

• Two transcripts (academic records) from every postsecondary institution you have attended for at least one year as a full-time student
• Letters of recommendation (if your recommender chooses to submit a paper recommendation)
• Supporting documents, if required (e.g., writing samples, etc.)
