Welcome to Stanford: Guide for New Graduate Students	This booklet is sent out to all admitted graduate students. It includes all the instructions and forms required for new graduate students.
Application for Reinstatement in Graduate Study	If you are an admitted graduate student who has not maintained continuous registration (and who has not been on an approved leave of absence), you must apply for reinstatement. After completing this form, submit it to your department for approval and then submit it to the Graduate Admissions Office with the appropriate fee.
Statement of Purpose	For use only by those filing a paper application.
Recommendation Form for Graduate Study	For recommendation writers not using the online recommendation system.
Financial Resources Certification Form for I-20	For documenting dependents and sources of funding. Do not use this form unless you are an international student who has been admitted to a graduate program.
Financial Resources Certification Form for DS-2019	For documenting dependents and sources of funding. Do not use this form unless you are an international student who has been admitted to a graduate program.
Transfer In (SEVIS) to Stanford University	For international students currently at another U.S. academic institution on an F-1 or J-1 visa. Use this form to transfer your SEVIS record to Stanford.
