Access Systems (SUID, SUNet, Axess)

Your Stanford University ID number, Stanford University Network ID (SUNet ID), and Student ID Card provide both physical and electronic access to your Stanford spaces. You’ll find most of your Stanford student academic and financial applications via Axess, Stanford’s central online platform.
As a newly admitted Stanford student, you’ll be granted access to university systems based on your program’s admissions and orientation timetable. Typically, only your admissions team can grant access. Please reach out to them directly if you don’t have the access you expect. For instance, Undergraduate Admissions grants access for new undergrad students (and not Stanford UIT or the central Registrar’s Office).
